This a beautiful unissued example of a WWII German NSDAP National Flag Car Automobile Vehicle Wimpel (Pennant), which would be flown on a small staff attached to the fender of the automobile or other vehicle it was attached to. It is double sided and is of multi piece cotton construction with heavy tight stitching. Design is the standard red field with a white circle bearing the NSDAP Swas (Hook Cross or Swas).
